Welcome to Bromley Therapy Clinic, a beautiful space on the Bromley/Chislehurst border.
My name is Charlie O'Brien and I provide trauma-informed, integrative therapy delivered with compassion and respect. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment for you to explore your emotions, thoughts, and experiences.
As I specialise in hypno-psychotherapy I can also help you work towards your therapy goals in a calm and relaxed way - using the power of your subconscious mind.
At Bromley Therapy Clinic, I offer an integrative approach to therapy which is suitable for both short term single issues such as a fear of flying or longer term issues such as childhood trauma or healing from domestic abuse.
My approach combines both clinical hypnotherapy and psychotherapy to help you achieve your goals.
